The girls had their 5 month check-up on Halloween morning and a lot of outfit changes throughout the day! Grandma Joyce and Grandma Alice both came over to visit with the girls and see them dressed up for their first Halloween.
To start the day off, the girls wore their long-sleeve Halloween onesies that Grandma Alice had brought them a few weeks earlier. They also wore these to the Riverhead Country Fair on Columbus Day weekend.

Both girls had their first colds earlier in the week but luckily never had a fever so they were still able to get their shots. Both girls gained 1.5 pounds this past month to put Avery at 14.6 lbs and 25 1/2 inches and Olivia at 14.8 lbs and 25 1/2 inches.
Grandma Joyce bought the girls 'Baby's First Halloween' pumpkin outfits that they wore to the pumpkin patch earlier in the month. This was their second costume change on Halloween.

The girls then changed into the sweetest strawberries. Grandma Alice brought these great outfits to the girls on Halloween. We had a blast taking photos of them on the front steps and front lawn. We had them sit in their bebe pod chairs and the trick-or-treaters' thought they looked great. One mom even took a photo of them b/c she couldn't get enough!

We definitely had a good time, and I think the girls did too...

The girls look adorable in their Halloween outfits! Is that the cauldron that was used to serve punch at your haunted housewarming party? LOL... our lives have changed a lot since that party!
